Privacy Policy

This policy covers the companion tools and AI design agents hosted on this site, operated by Dr. Brenda Bannan / AI4LD. It supplements the AI4LD Privacy Policy, which covers ai4ld.com, the assessment, and purchases. The short version: the tools require no account, we build no user profiles, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

No accounts, no profiles

You can use these tools without registering, signing in, or providing your name or email. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

What happens to what you type

When you use a tool, the text you enter is sent to a third-party AI platform (Anthropic’s Claude) to generate the tool’s response, and is handled under that platform’s privacy terms. Please treat every input as if it may leave your machine — do not enter personally identifiable information (PII), confidential employee data, or proprietary company information. Use hypothetical, anonymized, or publicly shareable examples. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs comply with your organization’s data policies.

Storage in your browser

Some tools (such as the Design Memory Partner) keep what you choose to save in your own browser’s local storage, on your device — where you can inspect and delete it at any time. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Technical logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — to run and secure the service, as most websites do. We use these only for operating and troubleshooting the tools.
